Even after switching off the 48V phantom power, the microphone maintained a usable signal for around 20 seconds, which was a pleasant surprise.
Transitioning to a Line6 UX5 audio interface for further testing, I consistently found the sound to be clean and transparent. However, the only minor drawback I found was the supplied adapter for mounting, which is made of thin yellow brass. This isn’t a significant issue, as a sturdier replacement can be easily sourced at a low cost.
