When set up correctly with adequate space around them, the PSI monitors deliver a sound that is less hyped and more natural, providing a true reference listening experience.

In comparison to Genelec monitors, the PSI system offers a wider soundstage and superior localisation of individual instruments, highlighting the extensive hand-tuning involved in their production. Despite initial hesitations regarding the investment in an 8″ low-end extension, the performance of the A125-M has proven so impressive that it has become an indispensable part of my studio setup. The synergy achieved with two small monitors is remarkable, allowing the subwoofer to blend into the overall sound rather than standing out. This combination is a testament to PSI’s dedication to quality, albeit at a higher price point.
