Customer Review Summary

If you’re considering the Neumann U87 AI MT Stereo Set, let me share my thoughts on it. Compared to the older versions I’ve always used, these new models offer significantly more gain and the sound quality is absolutely perfect!

The low-end response is impressive, capturing all the bass the microphone is capable of producing, and it remains pristine thanks to the fact that these microphones are brand new. I was starting to feel a bit disconnected from the classic U87 sound after using older models consistently, but this new version has rejuvenated my appreciation for it.

Additionally, the stereo set comes in a stylish case that includes keys and two high-quality shock mounts. These mounts seem to be of considerably better quality than the vintage ones, which is a nice touch.

Overall, this set is a fantastic investment for anyone looking to achieve that legendary U87 sound with modern enhancements.
